[Changed function]
1.The version of using DLL files will be recorded into the trace log.
2.The connectivity of the network device without PCS is improved.
[Bug fix]
Following issue are fixed:
1.The IP address is initialized when the network device is set in SetupPOS.
2.The device without PCS can't use DeviceStatistics function.
